Avocado Hummus


Hummus just got healthier! This superfood-packed dip transforms snack time into body fueling time with the monounsaturated fats of  avocados. Potassium, B vitamins, vitamin E and folic acid round out its superfood profile. Add kale and you get your vitamins A, K, and C! So get your favorite vegetables ready for a dip, or spread your favorite sandwich generously and enjoy!



  • 2 organic avocados, peeled
  • 1 16 oz.can organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 6 organic kale leaves, middle stem removed
  • 1 TB minced garlic
  • 3 TB cold-pressed olive oil
  • Juice from 1 organic lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt



  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Garnish with red pepper flakes and olive oil if desired.
  3. Serve with veggies and chips or as a spread on your favorite sandwiches or burgers.
