Avocado Toast


Just when you thought avocado toast couldn’t get any better, we’ve amped up our version. Topping the toast with fried eggs and veggies adds extra protein and micronutrients – everything you need to get your day off to a great start!


  • 2 slices organic, gluten-free bread
  • 1 ripe organic avocado
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • 1 organic tomato
  • 1/4 organic red onion
  • 1 cup of organic arugula, spinach or baby kale
  • sea salt to taste


1. Toast bread. Mash the avocado on the toast with a fork and sprinkle with sea salt. Slice tomatoes and onion.

2. Fry eggs to your liking.

3. Layer tomato and onion slices on top of the mashed avocado. Top with eggs and greens. Enjoy!
