Spanish Paprika is known for its perfectly balanced blend of sweet notes and smoky undertones. This spice is the inspiration for our Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette Chicken. Blending Spanish Paprika with a made-from-scratch olive oil based vinaigrette, our Executive Chef marinates fresh chicken for 8-10 hours then sears each breast so that that every bite is as delicious as the next.

Freshly sliced, local sweet carrots are tossed in a blend of cold-pressed olive oil, Dijon mustard, fresh-squeezed orange juice, red wine vinegar and a blend of herbs and spices. The crunchy salad adds a light, almost playful flavor that exquisitely compliments the smoky chicken.
