We then chargrill each burger to give you a crunchy, caramelized exterior while still maintaining the juicy interior you would expect from a fresh-off-the-grill burger. We finally top each burger with a blanket of aged pepper-jack cheese to add a little heat to this piece of juicy perfection. And if this prolific burger was not enough to get your taste buds excited, we have teamed it with our Southwest Pistachio Carrots. Al-dente sliced carrots are tossed in a dressing of cold-pressed olive oil and freshly squeezed lime juice before being garnished with crunchy pistachio nuts.
