When our culinary team set out to make a healthy, gluten-free meatball sub, we would be lying if we didn’t have our doubts. Recreating that distinct texture and flavor would not be easy. But then again, if it were easy, anyone would do it!

Our Grass-Fed Beef Meatball Sub with Marinara Sauce on a Gluten-Free Hoagie is a mouth-watering piece of Americana that would put a smile on any foodie’s face. We start with eloquently-crafted grass-fed beef meatballs prepared using a blend of grass-fed beef, free-range eggs, raw almond meal and fresh Italian herbs and spices. After roasting, these pieces of perfection are smothered in a slow-cooked marinara sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes. For the final step, we place a generous serving of these marinara-bathed meatballs on a freshly baked gluten-free hoagie, and apply a blanket of creamy mozzarella cheese.

Our instinct tells us that one order may not be enough. You may want to enjoy this sub a few times over the week!
