At Metabolic Meals we strive to satisfy our customers by using healthy, sustainable foods while also giving them a nutrition plan that improves health, fat-loss and performance. Our Lasagna (like all of our meals) is gluten-free. We use a local, Missouri grass-fed beef that is high in Omega 3’s and a tomato sauce that is made from scratch! This is obviously one of our carb dishes so it’s important for us to make sure that it has a low glycemic load. We accomplish this by using a brown rice based lasagna noodles, lots of protein and, of course, watching the portion size.
