For our Kalamata Grass-Fed Beef and Vegetables, our Executive Chef hand picks perfect cuts of grass-fed flank steak and then methodically creates a marinade blending freshly squeezed Florida orange juice with fresh herbs and spices. First, each juicy serving of grass-fed beef is immersed in this citrusy blend for at least 6 hours – infusing every inch with flavor. Then once ready, these prime cuts are seared at high heat and finished low and slow in our ovens. To compliment the tender, sweet flavor of our grass-fed flank steak, we have partnered it with a blend of crunchy broccoli, carrots and onions generously tossed with salty Kalamata olives.
