- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 head organic romaine
- handful organic baby kale
- 2 stalks organic celery
- 1 organic green apple
- 1 organic pear
- 1 organic banana
- few sprigs curly organic parsley
- juice from one lemon
Blend all ingredients until smooth. This recipe makes enough for several days.
Note: It will keep in the refrigerator for two days, but you can also freeze and thaw individual servings the night before so it’s ready first thing in the morning.
