Matcha Pumpkin Pie Latte
Need a healthy dose of antioxidants after weekend indulgences but still in the holiday spirit? We have just the thing! Matcha! Finely ground green tea leaves, one of the worlds most powerful antioxidants, fights oxidative stress and reduces inflammation. Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice and you’re reliving your Thanksgiving experience but without the guilt. Go a step further with a teaspoon of coconut oil for even more energy to fight off that post-holiday lethargy.
- 1 tsp organic matcha powder
- 1 tsp organic coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup organic almond milk
1.Pour milk into frothing pitcher.
2.Add green tea and pumpkin pie spice and start frother.
3.Place a teaspoon of coconut oil to the bottom of the cup and pour in frothed milk and stir lightly.
