Mixed Berry Chia Jam

Take the guilt out of jam, with Chia! The seeds add the gelatinous quality to almost any cooked fruit to make a healthy spread for your favorite gluten-free bread, bagels or English muffins.

This “berry” delicious spread will keep you jammin’ all day long!

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Organic Raspberries
  • ½ Cup Organic Blueberries
  • ½ Cup Organic Blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Local Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Chia Seed

Preparation

  1. Heat berries and honey on low/medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly and mashing gently with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add chia seeds and heat, stirring constantly, another 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and serve on your favorite gluten-free toast. (Allow to cool before storing.)

Note: Will keep in refrigerator for about 7 days.
