Organic Turkey Meatballs with Spicy Mustard Brussels Sprouts

Ready-made organic turkey meatballs from our best-selling Keto Box make this recipe super simple to prepare. Just a little chopping, a little sautéing, and a little mixing gives you a deliciously healthy, low-carb and ketogenic meal in minutes. Adjust the sriracha (carefully) to make the sauce as spicy as you like.
From the Keto Box:
2 chef-prepared organic turkey meatballs
2 TB cold-pressed olive oil
Low-Carb Vegetables & Seasonings:
2 TB mustard
1 TB sriracha
1/2 c organic Brussels sprouts, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2Sauté meatballs in skillet over medium heat with Brussels sprouts and olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3In a separate bowl, combine mustard and sriracha. Mix well.
4Drizzle sauce over meatballs and Brussels sprouts. Serve immediately.
